I’m Brazilian and have been living in Melbourne for the past eight years (currently as permanent resident). My experience as a foreigner has deepened my appreciation for diverse perspectives and backgrounds. I hold a bachelor's degree in psychology, which has shaped my pragmatic approach and ability to forge strong relationships with people, teams, and companies, guiding them to deliver well-designed projects.
 

I’m also passionate about fostering team culture. I enjoy organizing both online and onsite activities to build rapport, enhance team spirit, and cultivate a positive environment, all of which are crucial for engagement and productivity.
